North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim, opened an online Socialization of Healthy, Responsive and Disaster-resilient Family Movement with two sub-themes, "Towards Reducing Stunting Rates" and "Towards Healthy Finances" today, Thursday (9/30).

It was participated by 263 people from cadres of PKK, Dasawisma, RPTRA caretakers, and Planning Family (KB) instructors.

He appreciated the activity initiated by the North Jakarta PKK Workgroup (Pokja) 4. Even during the pandemic, it could hold positive and enlightening activities.

"By so, people are able to help especially themselves and their families when a disaster occurs such as the current pandemic by starting a healthy lifestyle from the family environment," he expressed, Friday (9/30).

According to him, he said a strong country begins with a healthy family environment that cares for others, including in preventing stunting through the fulfillment of good nutrition.

"Hopefully, it is capable of creating a healthy and positive thinking family. Even from home, we can continuously do activities in increasing family finances," he stated.

In the meantime, Jakarta TP PKK Pokja 4 Secretary who became one of the resource persons, Hernalom Gultom, said that it was very important to create a family that cares about stunting.

"No longer reducing stunting, we have to eliminate stunting cases as already achieved by Semper Barat Urban Village," he stated.

As for the information, the North Jakarta Mayor had the opportunity to launch Semper Barat, Penjaringan, Pademangan Barat and Sunter Agung urban villages as the pilot project for Tangguh Bencana Peduli Stunting (Disaster Resilient Care for Stunting).
